*VIPS are not refundable. In the event of show cancellation, VIP merchandise will be shipped, and VIP upgrade may be applied to any future Simon Says show of your choice. If you are unable to make the show, please contact us and we will try and make alternate arrangements.  
*VIP Check in will begin at the merch table on the night of the show. We will try and check in with you the day before/of show, but sometimes situations arise that may make this impossible. In the event you don't hear from us (you should), you may check-in at the Merch table the night of the show. Please check your email (including Spam folders) in the days before the show for any updates.
*VIP upgrade is not affiliated with the promoter or venue, and is exclusively offered directly by Simon Says.
