Shipping Policy

Volatile Merchandise processes and ships orders Monday–Friday from 9am–5pm EST. Orders placed on Saturday or Sunday will be processed during normal business hours and/or shipped the following business day. Some items that are drop‑shipped from one of our warehouses may take up to 7 days to process. We do not process or ship orders during national holidays.

U.S. Shipping

We ship using multiple carriers, including United States Postal Service (USPS) and United Parcel Service (UPS). Shipping rates are calculated automatically at checkout based on weight, destination, and carrier availability.

For orders paid with PayPal, the shipping address must be confirmed and verified under PayPal’s Seller Protection Policy. We may request additional information for unconfirmed addresses.

International Shipping

International shipping follows the same rules as U.S. shipping, but delivery times vary due to customs processing. Estimated delivery windows:

• Canada: 3 to 5 weeks
• All Other International Destinations: 4 to 6 weeks

International buyers are responsible for all customs fees, import taxes, duties, or any other applicable charges. Volatile Merchandise has no jurisdiction over these fees and cannot determine what they may be. Customs policies vary widely by country; please contact your local customs office for more information.

A street address is required for all international shipments. Delivery to P.O. Boxes is not available. Volatile Merchandise reserves the right to refuse orders shipping to certain countries or regions worldwide.

Split Shipments

Do not worry if you only receive part of your order at first. For mailing and packaging purposes, items such as t‑shirts, posters, and other products may ship in separate packages due to size and weight differences.
