The estimated ship date on pre-orders may change depending on production delays. The product page will always reflect the most current information.

Pre-orders remain in “awaiting fulfillment” until the physical merchandise ships. This means your order is secured and will ship once stock arrives.

If your order is still in pre-order status, we may not be able to respond due to high volume. The most up-to-date information is always in your confirmation emails and on the product page.

Orders containing a pre-order item will not ship until all items are available.

If you want in-stock items sooner, place a separate order or select our FLEX SHIP option (where available).

International orders containing pre-order items will not be split.

We aim to ship pre-orders by the release date, but delays from manufacturers may occur.

We are a small independent merch company — not Amazon. We do not have 24/7 customer service.

Shipping windows:

• 7–14 days for U.S. orders
• 45 days for international orders

If it’s been over 30 days past the estimated ship date, feel free to reach out.

Customer service is handled once or twice a week. In many cases, we resolve issues without sending a reply — your order status will update automatically.
